This article shows all the descriptive information associated with one list and how to access this information.

Check the statistics of your list

First of all, you can click on the list row in order to access all its information.

Then, you have to go to the  STATISTICS tab, where information about the recipients' current status and their behavior is presented.

Recipients status

Not all imported recipients are allowed to be recipients of your campaigns.

• The totals represent all the recipients that were imported.
• The active recipients are those that can receive your emails.
• The inactive recipients are those who cannot receive your emails because of one of the following reasons:
  • Unsubscribed. They have explicitly requested us to unsubscribe from your list, so they are asking not to receive more emails from you.
  • Complaints. They have marked your email as spam.
  • Bounces. The email server detects a hard bounce on this email address (the most common reason is that the email address doesn't exist).

Recipients behavior

According to the actions of your recipients, there are worse and better lists. Some behavioral descriptors are displayed:

• Subscribed average. The average of new recipients added to the list per month.
• Unsubscribed average. The average of active recipients lost because of unsubscriptions per month.
• Opened average. The percentage of emails sent to this list that was opened.
• Clicks average. The percentage of emails sent to this list where the recipient clicked on the content.
• Bounces average. The percentage of emails that couldn't be sent because they were marked as hard bounces by the email servers.
