Steps to import recipients from Google Contacts
When you create a new list, you should follow these steps to import your recipients from Google Contacts:
- Select the GOOGLE CONTACTS option in the IMPORT FROM dropdown.
- All the groups of contacts found in your Google account (contacts under the same assigned label) will be displayed. Select one or more labels and click the IMPORT button.
- Then, the information of each contact included in the selected groups will be shown in the table.
| ⚠️ TO CONSIDER: If a large number of groups is found in your Google account, the last 100 added labels are pre-loaded, so that you can select them. But, if you find that a loading spinner is visible, it is because more groups are still being loaded. |
Information available for each contact
Unlike other importation methods, the available merge tags for each recipient are fixed. It is possible to store:
- Complete name
- Organization
- Telephone
