Why can an account be blocked?

If  unusual or fraudulent activity is detected on an account, the account will be blocked for safety. This is a required measure to avoid bad practices such as sending malicious spam. So, if suspicious content is detected in campaigns sent by an account, all account activity will be immediately stopped by blocking the account.

It will not be possible to use Gumbamail while the account is blocked and an informative popup will be displayed:

How to unblock your account

This is an extremely unusual issue but, in case you might find that your account has been blocked (and you consider that the content of your campaign is not fraudulent), you should contact us to ask for a revision of your account. If everything is correct and no signs of spam are found, your account will be restored.
